External Health...!

It is the secrets everyone wants to know and the thing everyone wants to achieve. What is it, you ask? It is indeed external health and beauty. Let's face it, looking good makes one feel good about themselves, it also helps improve ones mood and the way they deal with others. Simply because, when one feels good about him/herself, he or she can be happy. And when one is happy everyone around them is too.

The skin is the largest organ on the human body. What you put into your body greatly affects how your skin looks. It is the oldest saying in the book, "you are what you eat" and that saying is indeed true. However, it is not only important to fill the body with important nutrients, but it's also important to take good external care of the skin. How do you do so? Keep reading to find the answer.

Just like you wouldn't want to put chemicals into your body when eating you shouldn't want to be applying chemicals onto your skin. Especially considering that what we put onto our skin is absorbed into the body. Does it not make sense? Today's long list of beauty products, makeup products, and skin care products are all a load of crap if you ask me. Even the ones that are labeled organic and natural contain alcohol, peroxides,and chemicals.

Your best bet for beautiful skin is to stay clear of the chemical filled beauty and skin care products on the market, in addition to makeup products. Your next best bet is to treat your skin with natural ingredients starting with coconut oil. Coconut oil is a natural antibacterial and anti-fungal which helps cleans the pores. In addition to castor oil which greatly helps flush the pores of dirt and other things that clog the pores.

My skin care is a combination of natural ingredients. I use a mixture of castor oil ( cleansing properties ) coconut oil ( antibacterial, anti fungal , and moisturizing properties) and black seed oil ( natural cure used commonly in the Middle East) as a facial cleanser morning and night. Along with my strict healthy eating, my skin has never looked better.

In addition to this cleanser I use natural scrubs, creams, and toners on my skin that have all been made from natural ingredients in the comfort of my kitchen. I like to steam my face 3-5 times weekly to fully flush my pores of clogged mess.

Like I said, in addition to a strict healthy diet, active lifestyle, and natural external skin care my skin is BEAUTIFULLY CLEAR. Of course I don't give full credit to the things I do. God willed first and foremost.
