My Food Philosophy...!

Am I a vegan? Am I a raw vegan? Am I vegetarian or pescitarian? Am I gluten free, dairy free, and or sugar free?  What type of diet do I follow?

I am a strict, healthy, and nutritious eater. I do not live by a specific diet. I eat what I feel comfortable with and avoid what I do not feel comfortable with. My philosophy goes, I eat as close to the ground and nature as I possibly can. I avoid refined, processed, unnatural foods along with foods containing chemicals, preservatives, and additives. In addition, I avoid canned foods due to it more often than not containing BPA. I also avoid inorganic meats or meats that have not been grass fed along with eggs and seafood that has been raised on farm lands. I believe in God and I do not support the manufactures or the people that denature the natural food that God has made available on Earth. Thus, I do not support the consumption of white flour, white rice, or other refined foods. Not to mention that these foods cause many health problems which greatly upsets me. In addition, I do not support animal cruelty or feeding animals things other than what they are suppose to be fed like genetically modified corn. My love for health and nutrition has driven me to experiment with the simplest most beautiful ingredients on Earth. Choosing natural ingredients in its whole form and using it the best way possible to nurture my body and the bodies of those who consume my food. I experiment and learn new ways to be creative with natural ingredients making it appealing to those unfamiliar with it. I also continue to learn about nutrition, health,wellness, and food science through constant research and studying. My dream is to continue to learn and dig deeper into nutrition and nurturing the human body as well as becoming a registered dietitian, culinary nutritionist, and opening my own nutritious bakery/cafe.
